Who are we?
Founded in 2003 by a group of friends fresh out of school, LCBF began as a movement against the corporate way of life that was both paying our bills and causing early signs of aging. We wanted to bring back some of that carefree way of living, to sustain a well-balanced lifestyle and most of all, to give back to the community that's always been a friend to us.
Since 2003, LaidBack has raised over $12,000CAD for charitable foundations like The AIDS Committee of Toronto, ran toy drives for the Chum Christmas Wish Foundation, prepared thanksgiving meals and brunches for underprivileged youth at Second Base Youth Shelter and more.
Our main mission is to promote and encourage active participation through group activities. Whether it be softball, dodgeball, volleyball or dragonboat...the group is all about having fun, staying laidback and spreadin' the love.
