This past fall, Laidback celebrated our five year anniversary. As such, to mark this special milestone of friendship & togetherness, Laidback will be giving back to the community that has been so kind to us. Our plan is to raise funds to create a modest scholarship for underprivileged youth who aspire to attend post-secondary school.
We are proud to announce that Laidback has partnered with Second Base Youth Shelter to help deserving youths obtain the education that is so essential in today's society. Having already prepared a number of brunches for Second Base, we feel like this partnership is simply a natural fit for our cause!
Laidback will be offering some fashionably designed t-shirts for sale to you, the giving public! 100% of all profits will go directly towards the Laidback Scholarship Fund to benefit deserving recipients of Second Base. How does it work?
1. In need of some fashionable clothing, you purchase a Laidback t-shirt.
2. 100% of the profits from the sale of these t-shirts will go towards the Laidback Scholarship Fund.
3. Sale proceeds will be sent to Second Base Youth Shelter, who will in turn help us to oversee the scholarship and the distribution of the funds.
4. From your generous support, a deserving youth will get one step closer to obtaining the post-secondary education that is so essential in today's society.
